Terms of Service

These terms apply to everything you buy from Saguaro Home Co. at saguaroonline.store. Placing an order means you accept them.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order – a run sold out, or an item was priced in error – we will tell you and refund you in full. We may cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud or a payment problem.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include our handling. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Payment is taken when the order is placed, through our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

Products

Our pieces are made in small batches from natural materials. Colour, grain, glaze and finish vary between runs, and photographs are indicative rather than exact. Care instructions are on each product page and should be followed – damage caused by dishwashing a hand-wash item is not a fault.

Returns

Your return and refund rights are set out on our Shipping & Returns and Refund Policy pages, which form part of these terms. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Liability

We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
