Shipping & Returns

We ship across the United States. Orders are packed by hand, usually within one to two business days.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 12pm on a business day are normally packed the same day. Orders placed over a weekend or a public holiday go out on the next business day. You will get a confirmation email when the order is received, and a second email with tracking once it leaves us.

Delivery estimates

• Standard – 3 to 6 business days after dispatch.
• Expedited – 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.
• Remote and rural addresses can add a day or two beyond the carrier estimate.

Fragile items

Ceramics and glassware are wrapped individually and double-boxed. If something arrives broken, send us a photograph within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it – you do not need to return the damaged piece.

Returns

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Write to support@saguaroonline.store with your order number and we will send return instructions. Once the return reaches us the refund goes back to the original payment method, normally within five business days.

Made-to-order and personalised pieces, and anything marked final sale, cannot be returned unless it arrives damaged or faulty. Return postage is on us for a damaged or faulty item, and on you for a change of mind.
