Refund Policy

If something is not right, we will fix it.

30-day returns

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Email support@saguaroonline.store with your order number to start a return.

Damaged or faulty

Send a photograph within 14 days of delivery and we will replace the item or refund it, including shipping. You do not need to return a broken piece.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Once we have processed it, most banks post the refund within five business days, though some take a little longer. We will email you when it is sent.

Exceptions

• Made-to-order and personalised pieces.
• Items marked final sale.
• Items returned used, without packaging, or after 30 days.

These exceptions do not apply where an item is damaged or faulty.

Original shipping

Original shipping is refunded when the return is our fault – a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item. For a change of mind, the item price is refunded and the original shipping is not.
